a fantastic thing to do

It's only on for one more day but really try to get if you can. the Art gallery of NSW or the AGNSW has the most fantastic illustrator David Legge giving a talk and demonstration in the foyer at 11.30 each day. it was amazing how well he explained proportion and faces. The kids initially started drawing and then stopped with just ooohhh and aaahhhs from them occasionally.

david was a wonderful teacher who was happy to give away sketches so the learning could carry on at home.... we are off to track down some more of his work.

I know this is the second post of the day but it was so fantastic I thought as many people should know about it as possible.

stay until 1.30 if you can for the drawing the line performance too. A bit of mime , magic and comedy a really nice way to end the visit
