I know it's early but I love christmas and this is how early we start to get ideas of things to make for present.
Each year we usually make our own advent calendar. This year I asked Melinda from paperklip to make us a lovely DIY one. this one has been decorated with japanese tape. In november I am going to randomly post each of these cards to our house so the kids can collect & decorate each one as it comes. a true test for aussie post. when the little ones are asleep each night I will write a note or instruction on each.
sing jingle bells to dad - now,
be as quiet as mice and pick mum a flower each
Let's make pancakes for breakfast
We will replace the empty spaces with christmas cards & hang the numbers in the kids room
